When the days are long and gray, many of us want to burrow into a blanket on the couch and binge-watch something equally long and gray like horror movies or Game of Thrones.
But the best way to fight the winter blues is to search for the light. Get outside (even in the rain or snow). I just chased squirrels with my dachshunds and am already in a better mood. Schedule a games night with friends and laugh your way through the evening. Take your funniest friend to lunch.
